Welcome to Winchester Surgical & Medical Institute

Winchester Surgical and Medical Institute (W.S.M.I) the only one of its kind in Latin America and the Caribbean, is owned and operated by a group of Jamaican Doctors who recognized the need to build a modern, technologically advanced, patient friendly and cost effective health care facility.

Our goal of providing a wide range of health care services under one roof makes us an excellent choice for patients tired of travelling from one doctors office to another. We provide Lab facilities for all major testing, x-ray and imaging, pharmacy to fill prescriptions, eyewear center for glasses and lens and a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
